		<description><![CDATA[Great article!!  Very fun to read and quite informative.  I too enjoy the use of Japanese knives, but have yet to use MAC.  I have a German chef&#039;s knife I forgot in a move with my old room mate, in another state, and have been quite tempted to replace it.  However, I have been torn between Shun and MAC.   
After reading your article, I have clearly made up my mind.]]></description>
