Check out the Fancy Food Show Web site, http://www.specialtyfood.com/do/fancyFoodShow/LocationsAndDates.
It has info about exhibitors, and linx to their Web sites. It’s a great way to get a feel for other products in your niche. And to get a feel for whether you’d want to exhibit at an upcoming show. They have 2 a year, summer and winter. Summer is in NYC; winter is on the West Coast.

Thank you for sharing. I’ve never been to any type of food conference and it sounds fascinating. I loved reading about the foods you tried. And, I’m a popcorn lover. I will see if I can find the Heritage brand.
