Alison,

Remodeling a kitchen has the magic power of converting a non-cooker into an enthusiastic and eagerly experimental cooker.

Last year, we went nearly 5 months upgrading an outdated kitchen. Unless I'm extremely tired or sick, I enjoy using the kitchen, trying new recipes, and setting up serving stations for ordinary meals. I even threw a "Kitchen Coming Out" party.

Enjoy your new kitchen!

Savor life's best,
Aimee
