		<description>I&#039;ll admit to growing up on bagels and &quot;American Cheese&quot; slices--that is, after about age 8 when I was finally introduced to what was then an exotic food in my neighborhood. I had a particular method of poking a hole in the center and folding the corners in on themselves so that the cheese wouldn&#039;t drip under the broiler. Ah . . . memories.</description>
