		<description><![CDATA[Alison - Nice to see this! I&#039;ve also noted that goat is a highly sustainable food, in terms of how it&#039;s raised. It takes far less resources than beef or pork, maybe even than lamb. For people interested in S/O/L/E eating goat is often slaughtered by Halal butchers who I think do so with much more respect for the animal than the CAFO, Industrial Slaughterhouse process that most beef and pork go through, that would be cows and pigs. 

I think I&#039;ll go look for some goat sometime soon. I&#039;ve had it in curries in the Caribbean. Worth a try.]]></description>
